Having Jess and Maria stay this weekend made me realize 2 things:
1.) Our place is incredibly small. (Erik and I are so adaptable that it scares me a little bit.)
2.) True friends are better than anything. Even ice cream sundaes.
This weekend we laughed and talked and just enjoyed being together. We remembered years past and the times we were able to lean on one another. We made plans to get together in the future...maybe Hawaii? :) We also made our guys shop with us and try on clothes. muah hahahaha. We drank wine and did a puzzle.
Let me just stop here a minute.
When was the last time you did a puzzle? I hadn't done a puzzle in about 15 years. It was so much fun. I've even (seriously) joked about shellacking it.
I'm so thankful for the friendships we've made over the years. Thankful we can share the love even when we live far apart, and fortunate to have such beautiful people (inside and out) in my life.
